John commenced work with Belbridge Hague in October 1998 after working with law firms in Sydney. He spent the first 27 years of his working life as a grazier and qualified as a legal practitioner in 1997.

John practises in litigation matters, particularly:
  • Family Law
  • Employment Law
  • Workers Compensation
  • Local Court Appearances

John brings extensive life experiences to the work he does. He has worked as a volunteer with the Redfern Community Legal Service and the North and North West Community Legal Service. John has produced the following papers which will guide you through some issues in Family Law:

John has been actively involved in community interests. He has been a member of the School Council of Presbyterian Ladies College at Armidale, a member of Rotary at both club and district levels, and a member of the management committee of St Paul's Presbyterian Church Armidale. He is a member and has served as treasurer of the management committee of St Andrews Presbyterian Church Albury.

John is married and has five children. He enjoys cricket, tennis, football, photography and gardening.
