We are seeking a Receptionist/Client Care person to join our team at Belbridge Hague Law Albury.

We are a long-standing and highly regarded law firm in the Albury Wodonga region seeking to further develop a high quality of client experience in all circumstances.

The successful applicant will work in a support role to our dedicated team of lawyers delivering a quality standard of legal work to all of our cliental.

You will be responsible for providing a standard of excellence for client care services to all those who visit the firm.

This includes greeting and engaging with clients and visitors, dealing with administrative tasks in a highly professional manner and as the face of the firm, be the first point of contact for client and staff interaction.

The person selected will have a strong work ethic and genuine interest in the law firm environment. In addition, you will be someone who thrives in a people driven culture, enjoys challenges and possess a skilled attention to detail.

An additional component of this role is to take control of the Belbridge Hague Law’s social media activities, these include researching and updating Facebook posts and increasing the firms profile on other platforms such as Linkedin. This is a focal area for the firm, as a support to its other marketing activities.

This is an autonomous role so an ability to manage your own workload is essential.

Hours of work are 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday
