Beth attended Charles Darwin University and completed a Bachelor of Laws in November 2013.
Before finishing her law degree Beth volunteered in a local law family law firm in Cairns which sparked her interest in practising in family law as a long term career option.
In May 2014, Beth commenced volunteer work at the Hume Riverina Community Legal Service in Wodonga (HRCLS) assisting in areas of law such as family law, fencing disputes, infringements and debt.
In August 2014, Beth was employed full time at the HRCLS in a community development and family law role before moving into a family law role principally involving children’s matters and as a duty solicitor for family violence proceedings at the Wodonga Magistrates' Court.
In the time that Beth has been employed at Belbridge Hague, she has been working in the family law department assisting with children and property matters. Beth is currently completing a Masters in Family Law through the College of Law with the aim of obtaining specialist accreditation in the area after some further years of practice.
Outside of work you will find Beth playing soccer on the weekends in winter and making some lacklustre attempts at triathlons in Allan’s Flat in the summer months and generally involved with activities surrounding her children. Beth loves to travel and has been to China and New Zealand most recently and looks forward to further adventures in the coming years.
